Norelle is a Belgian brand of fragrances for dogs, created by Norelle BV in Torhout, Belgium.

Which scents are available?

Solēne (neroli, marine, patchouli), Ēlevē (raspberry, vanilla, musk) and Fovēre (grapefruit, orange blossom, cedarwood).

Which sizes are available?

Every scent is available in 50 ml and 100 ml.

Is Norelle dog perfume alcohol-free?

Yes. Our fragrance mists are alcohol-free and created especially for dogs.

Where are Norelle products made?

Our products are made in Belgium.

Should I ask my veterinarian before using it?

If your dog has sensitive skin or a skin condition, or if you are unsure, please ask your veterinarian before use. Product information on this website is general and does not replace professional veterinary advice.

Orders and shipping

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is dispatched. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Will I have to pay import duties?

For deliveries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom and the United States, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and sealed. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for the full conditions.
